Summary:

 

The main purpose of the management trainee program is to fully prepare qualified candidates to fill various management positions throughout the bank. All candidates will receive training in all facets of the bank, including lending, operations, administration, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Receives training in all facets of banking.
  • As training is received the management trainee will work in the various positions for a period of time using the skills learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field upon date of hire.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexible in work schedule and location of work.
