Summary: 

 

Duties for this position include all functions relating to ACH processing, payments processing, and debit cards. Responsibilities also include projects involving ACH, payment processing, and debit cards.

 

  • Regular hours for this position are 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
  • May be necessary to work extended hours. If working as a backup or substitute, hours may fall between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • ACH Sending and/or Receiving functions and all related duties
  • Monitor ACH transactions for rules violations
  • Debit Card Processing, includes new card orders, expiring card replacements,
  • and monitoring dormant accounts with cards
  • ATM Cash and Terminal Recons
  • Manage off-site ATMs
  • Process travel notifications
  • Debit card and OLB Fraud
  • Processing Debit Card Disputes
  • ESM Alerts Monitoring
  • Electronic vs Paper Reporting
  • Local courier/mail run as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years banking experience preferred
  • ACH experience preferred
  • Ability to set priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Above average keyboarding and technical ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Program skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient internet navigation
