Summary: 

 

Duties for this position include all functions relating to item processing, document scanning, maintenance review, branch support, CDs, and IRAs.  Responsibilities also include any projects involving the functions listed above.

 

The work hours for this position are normally Monday through Friday from 11:30a.m. to 8:30p.m. and these hours may be adjusted as needed by the supervisor.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving transactions from the branches
  • Perform amount entry and balancing functions
  • Download files for mobile deposit and remote deposit capture
  • Download and upload files to and from the Federal Reserve
  • Post files to core
  • Perform 4Sight Start and End of Day
  • Perform Core system End of Day
  • Responsible for handling of daily scanning activities
  • Responsible for pulling and reviewing documents through new accounts (DDA, CD, and SDB)
  • Responsible for tracking new accounts missing documentation
  • Responsible for reviewing all maintenance (DDA, CIF, CD, SDB, ACH/Wire increase, parameter and rate changes)
  • Responsible for reviewing alerts on dormant account activity
  • Responsible for reviewing the DVR camera
  • Responsible for processing cash items
  • Provide support on various products, such as, Vertex, Account Opening Platform, CDs, and IRAs
  • Review IRA reports and documentation
  • Provide support for any research requests
  • Assists in installation of new products and upgrades as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years banking experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and to multi task effectively

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Detail oriented with accuracy

  • Ability to work with others as a team player
