We are seeking an eager, highly motivated management trainee candidate to join our growing organization. The main purpose of the management trainee program is to prepare qualified candidates to fill various positions throughout the bank. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for management positions under direction of experienced personnel. The company strives to develop stronger, better leaders by cultivating relationships and providing in-depth knowledge of how the organization functions on a daily basis. These emerging leaders will be the bench strength of our organization in the future. Comprehensive training will include duties in all facets of the bank, such as retail client services, business development, operations, marketing, lending, corporate administration and IT, as well as our specialty lines of business. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a successful company.

Interview process to begin in November.

Start date for position can be in late January or early June.  


  • Year 1 – rotate and travel throughout the various departments on an established schedule using the skills learned.
    • Receives training to be able to perform duties in all facets of banking.
    • Get to know the different departments of the organization by understanding the functions of each area and networking with team members.
    • Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
    • Set performance (SMART) goals and objectives that align with corporate goals
    • Report on the progress of goals and objectives achieved
    • Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers.
    • Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
    • Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and provide greater promotional opportunities.
    • Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
    • Perform all other duties as requested by each area supervisor.
  • Year 2 – start your career in a department within the company that best fits your talents, based on your interests and the organization’s needs.


  • Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field upon date of hire.
