Summary:

A Loan Administration Associate is an organized and detail-oriented individual. With a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. They collaborate closely with team members and their ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision makes them a vital asset in any lending environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and indexing of all loan Commercial and Consumer Non Real Estate loans
  • Processing of all loan payments received in mail or online
  • Prepares all Certificates of Satisfaction and releases for all loans
  • Weekly Coupon ordering
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Generate payoffs for all loan types
  • Maintain procedural documentation for relevant tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist where necessary within department
  • Understand your role as defined by the three lines of defense to maintain a compliance culture that includes risk management processes
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent’ banking experience a plus
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
