Manager, and guide the entire Chesapeake team in the ways of InfoSec. The Chesapeake Bank Information Security Officer will have responsibility for all areas of InfoSec including cybersecurity, business continuity, vendor management, and incident response.
The ideal candidate has multiple years’ experience managing Information Security in banking or other regulated field. A strong ability to understand technical security controls and risk is a must. A desire for continued development is encouraged through ongoing external and internal training programs. The ISO develops the strategy and implementation of a robust Information Security program.

Summary: The Information Security Officer (ISO) and serves a key role in developing and administering the company’s Information Security program. The ISO is an advocate for the Institution's total information security profile and is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive information security strategy to optimize the security posture of the company. The ISO is responsible for the development and maintenance of a security program that provides oversight of vendor products and services, as well as internal process and procedure reflecting a security profile aligned with the corporate risk appetite. The ISO maintains a high level of technical security knowledge in order to provide adequate oversight and review of all technology related security risks.
